Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g. sales, procurement) in alignment with internal standards
Provide timely and practical legal advice to business leaders across commercial and operational teams
Support legal risk management by improving contract governance and implementing efficient review processes
Act as legal business partner to the APAC North region (mainland China, Korea, Taiwan), supporting strategic and day-to-day matters
Develop and implement compliance policies across areas such as anti-bribery, antitrust, and data privacy
Lead internal investigations into compliance-related matters across the region
Monitor evolving laws and regulations impacting business operations and provide proactive guidance
Job Requirements
Master’s degree or above in Law, from a top-tier university
PRC Bar required; overseas education background is a plus
10+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house counsel experience in a multinational manufacturing environment
Law firm training/background is highly valued
Fluent in English (working language); Korean or other APAC language skills are a bonus
Prior experience supporting multiple jurisdictions in the APAC region is highly desirable
Practical, business-minded, and confident in advising senior stakeholders
