职位描述
Develop and implement the global quality roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives.
Establish unified quality standards, policies, processes and governance across all global operations.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives throughout the organization.
Oversee quality management throughout the entire product lifecycle from design, sourcing, manufacturing, installation, commissioning to after-sales service.
Drive Advanced Quality Planning activities, risk assessment, root cause analysis and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, industry regulations and contractual commitments.
Build and develop a high-performing global quality organization.
Coach and mentor quality leaders across regions.
职位要求
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines.
15+ years of quality management experience within industrial equipment, capital machinery, automation equipment, engineered products, OEM machinery, or non-standard equipment manufacturing.
At least 8 years in senior leadership roles managing multi-site or global quality functions.
Fluent English is essential.
Ability to work effectively within a global matrix organization.
