Job Overview:
Establish and develop our cooperation with key players in the Chinese tissue, pulp and paper industry
Working together with our Austrian and local team in Kunshan to develop our relations/position within key industry segments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Existing customers relationship : Good communicate with customers based on professional knowledges, maintaining customers relationship, loyal to the company with high professional ethics, keeping motivation to work.
2. Market Development: Identify and develop new market opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with OEMs and end-users.
3. Customer Acquisition: Find and secure new customers, expanding our client base in the paper manufacturing sector.
4. Optimize Sales Strategy: Analyze market trends and feedback to refine sales approaches and optimize strategies.
5. Technical background: Technical discussions with customers, providing insights and solutions to meet their specific needs.
Requirements:
6. Proven working experience as a sales manager or a relevant role in the targeted industry
7. Market knowledge/existing network in the industry (especially interesting LM Group, Nine Dragons, APP Group, Liansheng Group, Andritz Foshan, Tissue sector)
8. Proficiency in English, Mandarin / Communication + Negotiation skills / Teamwork / Independent working style
9. Reporting to Sales Manager Paper Industry China
10. Travelling up to 50% (mainly Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, Hainan, sometimes Hunan, Jiangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan) , Guangdong (home office) + RIP Office in Kunshan, Jiangsu
