职位描述
1. To assign the regional sales tasks to each sales and achieve the team sales targets.
分配区域内销售任务,完成区域销售指标。
2.To formulate the market development plan and specific implementation plan.
制定本区域市场开发计划及具体的实施方案。
3. To control the sales expenses of the team.
控制团队销售费用。
4. To work closely with customer service department to provide technical support and field services to the customers.
和客服部门紧密配合，为客户提供技术支持和现场服务。
5. To organize the recruitment, training, task assignment and business guidance for subordinates
组织对下属员工的招聘、培训、工作任务分配及业务指导。
6. Other duties assigned by supervisor.
完成上级主管交代的其它事宜。
1. Bachelor degree, majored at marketing/Mechanical/Logistic or related will be a plus;
本科及以上学历，市场营销，机械和物流等相关专业优先
2. 3+ years experience of sales team management, it will be a plus if in logistic equipment or automatic mechanical equipment industries;
3年以上销售团队管理经验，物流设备或自动化机械设备行业销售经验优先
3.be able to on business trip frequently
适应短期频繁出差
4. good written & spoken English language skills;
良好的英语听说读写能力
5. Good communication skills and interpersonal character.
良好的沟通能力
