职责描述: Main Responsibilities 主要工作职责 1. Establish and maintain good strategic relationship with local medical insurance, health authorities and drug procurement centers in South China, to ensure a good operating environment and order. 负责华南区政府事务和市场准入工作，与医保、卫健、采购中心等相关政府部门建立良好战略合作关系，确保公司稳定的运行环境和秩序。 2. On Timely track regional policies on medical insurance, healthcare, pricing and VBP, assess their impacts on the industry and company, and formulate and deliver forward-looking solutions effectively. 及时掌握区域医保、卫生、价格、集采等相关政策动态和发展趋势，深度研判对行业和公司的影响，制定前瞻性的解决方案并有效实施。 3. Assist the company in completing various access tasks including NRDL, NEDL, VBP, as well as smooth bidding platform listing and price management in all provinces. 协助公司产品完成各项准入工作，包括国家医保（含商保）、基药等目录的准入、国家和省级集采项目的推动与实施、以及各省平台顺利挂网和价格管理等。 4. Coordinate industry association and expert resources, participate in local policy formulation, deliver reasonable corporate demands and boost the company's industrial influence.. 统筹行业协会、专家资源，参与地方相关政策制定，传递企业合理诉求，提升公司的行业影响力。 5. Good cooperation and coordination with regional business teams, timely understand and respond to policy demands, and provide policy guidance and support for sales and marketing from government affairs . 与区域业务团队保持良好的沟通与合作关系，及时了解和回应政策需求，并从政府事务角度为销售和市场提供政策指导和支持。 6. Aware of and comply with the corporate and local Quality/EHS Manual, Quality/EHS Management System, Quality/EHS Management Policy, Quality/EHS Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 关注和遵守公司要求的质量、环境健康手册、管理体系和管理政策、目标和该职位的相关的法规要求。

职位要求

任职资格: Job Requirements 任职要求 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Medicine, Pharmacy or related disciplines. 本科或以上学历，医学、药学等相关专业。 2. At least 5 years experience in government affairs or market access within pharmaceutical industry; rich experience in NRDL and VBP is preferred. 五年以上制药行业政府事务或市场准入相关工作岗位经历。有丰富的医保目录准入、国家和省级集采项目跟进经验优先。 3. Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong business networks; 卓越的人际沟通与影响力，善于建立并维护稳固的业务关系网； 4. Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and proficient skill in computer and AI operation. 良好的英语听说读写能力以及熟练的电脑和AI应用技能。 5. Strictly comply with National laws and regulations, EHS and quality management system, abide by the company Code of Conduct, rules and regulations.
