Responsible for the daily operation of the site's utility & facility system, receiving and transmitting important information, and maintaining normal order during shifts. 负责全厂公用工程和设施系统的日常运营，接受并传达重要信息以及维护值班期间的正常秩序。 Typical Accountabilities 主要职责： Ø Control room duty: responsible for operating and monitoring the U&F system to ensure stable and reliable utility supply. 控制室值班：负责Utility & facility的运行与监控，确保各类介质供应的稳定性和可靠性。 Ø Routine Inspections: Regularly inspect the duty area, check the operation of equipment and facilities, and record key parameters as required. Record operational data in a standardized manner and promptly identify and report potential problems. 日常巡检：定期对值班区域进行巡查，检查设备设施的运行情况，并根据要求对关键参数进行记录。规范记录运行数据，及时发现并报告潜在问题。 Ø Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency, the emergency plan should be activated immediately, measures should be taken swiftly to handle the situation, and the situation should be reported to superiors in a timely manner. 应急处理：遇到突发事件时，应立即启动应急预案，迅速采取措施进行处理，并及时向上级汇报。 Ø Collaborate with electrical engineers to complete on-site emergency switching operations. 配合电气工程师完成现场应急倒闸操作。 Ø Collaborate with the team to perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities. 配合团队进行设备设施预防性维护工作。

Ø Degree or above in HVAC, mechanical, automation, electrical or relevant experience 暖通、机械、控制、电气或相近专业大专以上。 Ø 3 years or above utility and equipment operation and maintenance experience. 3年及以上公用工程及设备运行或维修经验。 Ø Able to accept flexible working hours, and adaptable to night shifts or rotating shifts (including holiday duty). Comply with company rules and regulations. Comply with the company's attendance policy. 能够接受弹性工作时间，能适应夜班或轮值岗位工作（含节假日值守），遵守公司考勤制度。 Ø High voltage operation certificate，Has HV hands-on experience 高压操作证，有高压实际操作经验。 Ø BU system (HVAC, Water system) operation and maintenance experience preferred 有空调或水系统等BU系统运维经验优先。 Ø Familiarity with general instrumentation and DDC/PLC systems, and experience with BMS software operation is preferred. 了解通用仪表和DDC、PLC系统，有BMS软件操作经验优先。 Ø Experience working for a foreign company is preferred有外资工作经验优先。 Ø GMP experience preferred有GMP经验优先。
