职位描述
1.Independently manage assigned therapeutic area/products, and fully responsible for brand plan and marketing activities implementation in HCP channel
2.Create effective promotion materials and sales tools aligned with brand strategy
3.Marketing and Sales data Analysis, review the product performances regularly and adjust the marketing initiation according to the analysis
4.Maintain and develop the relationship with KOLs to support brand strategy, train and cooperate with the speaker to deliver core messages and concept following the key strategy
5.Working closely with sales team and local marketing to reach the assigned target, collect and understand the sales and region feedbacks; make sure the implementation of marketing activities follow the center strategy and fit for the local market situation
6.Key projects management, to handle multi-activities in the meantime and ensure the results.
7.Collborating with consumer marketing, trade and EC to ensure the brand strategy is implemented in all channels.
Job Requirements

1.Bachelor degree (or above) in Medicines or Pharmaceutical
2.Minimum of 5 years with at least 3 years marketing experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies
3.Thorough knowledge of the company’s markets and products.
4.Able to work under job stress and to travel to different places.
5.Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills 6.Fluent English in listening, speaking and writing
7.Proactive, innovative and teamwork
8.Good PC skills on MS Office
