职位描述
Responsibilities
-Design high‑impact advertising creatives for digital channels, including social media, display ads, video platforms, and app stores.
-Develop visual concepts, storyboards, and layouts that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
-Produce static images, motion graphics, short‑form videos, and other creative assets optimized for performance marketing.
-Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data teams to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and creative insights.
-Continuously iterate on creatives based on performance data, A/B test results, and user behavior insights.
-Maintain a strong understanding of platform best practices (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, etc.) and adapt designs accordingly.
-Ensure all creative assets meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and platform specifications.
-Explore new creative trends, visual styles, and storytelling techniques to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality work under tight timelines.
职位要求
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
-Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital advertising, motion graphics, or performance‑driven creative work.
-Proficiency in design and motion tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, or similar software.
-Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and user psychology.
-Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
-Detail‑oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience designing creatives for mobile apps, gaming, e‑commerce, or consumer brands.
-Familiarity with data‑driven creative optimization and A/B testing.
-Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) or advanced motion graphics.
-Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
-Experience working with global markets and adapting creatives for different regions.
