We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to provide technical support for automotive customers and bridge communication between customers, sales, project management, and engineering teams. This role will be responsible for understanding customer technical requirements, supporting product application development, managing technical discussions, and driving successful project implementation. Key Responsibilities Customer Technical Support Act as the primary technical interface for automotive customers. Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide product application recommendations and technical solutions. Support customer visits, technical meetings, and design reviews. Project & Application Management Participate in new business opportunities and RFQ activities. Coordinate with R&D, product management, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure project deliverables. Support product customization and application development according to customer requirements. Track project milestones, technical risks, and customer issues throughout the project lifecycle. Product Validation & Problem Solving Support product testing, validation, and qualification activities. Analyze application-related issues and provide root-cause analysis. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with internal teams. Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical problem resolution. Technical Documentation Prepare and maintain technical presentations, application reports, test reports, and engineering documentation. Support preparation of technical proposals and customer-facing materials. Maintain technical data and application knowledge database. Market & Product Support Gather customer feedback and market intelligence. Provide input for product development and improvement. Support sales team in identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
