Application management Establish transparency and be lead on application roadmap for improvement existing and developing new products. Participate in innovation and product board. Lead on prioritized applications being launched via sales. Product application expert – and a “go to” person. In cooperation with marketing prepare material – and introduce/train sales. Train relevant colleagues in products & applications. Support R&D with product & application development. Customer and Sales support Provide application specific expertise and on-site customer consultations. Co visits with external sales Provide technical assistance with configurations and applications. Product development Prioritize and drive product development in accordance with DESMI product life cycle stage gate model. Present business case for new and existing products for innovation and application board. Supplier and partnership relation management for product improvement and collaboration.
