职位描述
工作职责
• Regularly visit customer, production supervision, provide efficiency record and service report, build up and keep good relationship with customer.
定期拜访客户, 生产跟踪, 提供效率纪录及服务报告, 构筑并维护良好的客户关系
• Support customer production by maintain machine run at high efficiency
保持设备高效率运行以支持客户生产
• Responsible for installation, trouble shooting, maintenance, modification, finetune with high standard quality for both program and mechanical
有能力以高标准完成设备机械及软件部份安装, 故障排除, 维护保养, 改造及微调工作
• Provide technical training and technical support to customer
给客户提供技术培训及支持
• Develop the preventive maintenance plan and work with customer for the spare parts stocking
建立维护保养计划并推进客户备件库存
• Closely work with account manager to continue to improve the customer satisfaction
和客户经理紧密协作不断改进客户满意度
Position Requirements

• 8 years field service working, include machine installation and commissioning experiences, prefer beverage / food / dairy product industrial background.
8年以上现场服务, 包括设备安装机及调适经验, 饮料/食品/奶制品等相关行业行业背景优先
• Automation or engineering background with bachelor’sdegree, familiar with Rexroth MLC or Siemens S7-300 series will be good.
自控或机电专业, 本科学历, 熟悉Rexroth MLC或 Siemens S7-300尤佳
• Can speak and write in English
可以用英语进行听与写
• Good communication skills
良好的沟通技能
• Self motivating and interesting in technical job
