1. Leasing & Sales Execution
Drive occupancy and revenue growth across assigned locations.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, tours, proposals, contract negotiation, and closing.
Conduct high‑impact workspace tours and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly leasing targets.
2. Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, brokers, and partnerships.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and startups to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with marketing to execute local campaigns and events that generate leads.
3. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing members regarding workspace needs.
Work closely with the community and operations teams to ensure a smooth move‑in and onboarding experience.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and support member retention initiatives.
4. Market Intelligence
Monitor local commercial real estate trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights to leadership to support pricing, product positioning, and sales strategy.
5. Cross‑functional Collaboration
Partner with operations, community, design, and finance teams to deliver customized workspace solutions.
Support enterprise sales teams on large or multi‑location opportunities.
