Job Description：Ocean Freight Operator（海运操作） Position Overview（职位概述） The Ocean Freight Operator is responsible for handling end‑to‑end ocean freight operations, including booking, documentation, shipment tracking, customer communication, and coordination with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams. This role ensures smooth shipment execution, on‑time delivery, and high‑quality customer service. Key Responsibilities（主要职责） •     Handle full‑set ocean freight operations including booking, SI submission, VGM, AMS/ISF filing, and BL issuance. •     Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, trucking companies, and warehouses to ensure timely cargo movement. •     Prepare and review shipping documents such as BL, invoice, packing list, manifest, and customs-related documents. •     Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers on cargo movement, delays, or exceptions. •     Communicate with overseas agents for routing orders, cargo instructions, and documentation follow-up. •     Manage customer inquiries and provide professional solutions to operational issues. •     Ensure compliance with company SOPs, carrier requirements, and international shipping regulations. •     Handle billing and cost control, including checking vendor invoices and preparing customer billing. •     Maintain accurate data entry in internal systems and ensure timely file closing. Requirements（任职要求） •     College degree or above, major in logistics, international trade, or related fields preferred. •     1–3 years of ocean freight operation experience (FCL/LCL). •     Familiar with shipping line processes, documentation, and international trade terms (Incoterms). •     Good communication and coordination skills; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. •     Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure. •     Proficient in MS Office; experience with freight forwarding systems is a plus. •     English reading and writing ability required; speaking ability preferred.
