Job Description工作职责:
- Implementing regional sales strategy, sales target, and sales action plan monthly, quarterly and annually to fulfill assigned territory sales target and market coverage. 执行区域内的月度、季度和年度销售策略、销售目标和销售行动计划,完成所辖区域的销售目标和市场覆盖面。
- Expand, strengthen & develop the distributor network. 扩大、加强并开发经销商网络。
- Develop independent and strong sales channel in the area,The channel must cover the following field: Industry/commercial/BSC/CCT etc. 开发区域内的独立且强大的、可覆盖如下行业的销售渠道,如:工业、商业、物业保洁、市政户外等领域。
- Provide distributors with direction, training & support in the areas of sales, marketing & general business development. 在销售、市场营销和业务发展方面,给予经销商指导、培训和支持。
- Monitors distributors’ performance, make necessary and creative changes. 对经销商进行管理,并作出必要的改变和创新。
- Travels frequently with distributors’ field personnel to reinforce training and stay abreast of market and competitors information. 需经常与经销商现场人员共同出差,了解市场和竞争状况。
- Works with distributors in the development of key markets and key accounts. 与经销商协作,共同开发关键市场和关键客户。
- Sets annual action plans with superiors, and reviews progress towards plan with them quarterly. 与上级共同制定年度计划,并每季度与经销售进行评估。
- Build and maintain good relationship with key accounts that cannot be covered by channels to introduce Tennant solution to the customers and penetrate into these markets. 与渠道无法覆盖到的关键客户建立并维持良好的关系,向客户介绍坦能公司的解决方案并渗透到这些市场中去。
- Manage local sales channel, monitors its performance, and provide channel evaluation and development plan to regional sales manager. 管理好当地的销售渠道并对其进行监控,向区域销售经理提供渠道评估和发展计划。
- Be the regional sales contact window for distributors and key accounts. 是经销商和关键客户的区域市场销售联系人。
- Control DSO and A/R of the clients. 控制客户的应收账款周转期间和应收账款情况。
- Expand target account list, submit various management reports on time. 扩充目标客户列表,准时提交各类管理报告。
- Support BD Managers, and turn their business opportunities into sales revenues.支持好行业经理,将行业经理提供的商业机会转化成销售额。
Requirement:
- Above College education; 大专以上学历
- Over 4 years selling experience, preferably in the sale of capital equipment; 4年以上销售经验,具有实体设备销售经验为佳
- 2 years distributor management experience preferred; 具备2年以上经销商管理经验的优先考虑
- Ability to work independently; 能够独立完成工作
- Strong problem solving ability; 出色的问题解决能力
- Strong organization and administration skills; 出色的组织和管理能力
- Excellent interpersonal skills; 出色的人际关系处理能力
- Ability to influence and inspire people; 能够影响并激励他人
