职位描述
Responsibilities
-Oversee daily operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and smooth execution across teams and business functions.
-Analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and workflow performance.
-Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.
-Coordinate cross‑functional communication between product, marketing, engineering, customer service, and business teams.
-Monitor key operational metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making.
-Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
-Support business growth by optimizing processes related to user acquisition, retention, customer experience, or supply chain (depending on business type).
-Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, product launches, or operational programs.
-Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements to reduce manual workload and operational costs.
-Assist in budget planning, vendor management, and contract coordination when needed.
职位要求
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field.
-Proven experience in operations, project management, or business analysis.
-Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
-Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
-Proficiency with productivity and data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Jira, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in tech, internet, e‑commerce, gaming, or SaaS operations.
-Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
-Background in process optimization, workflow automation, or operational strategy.
-Experience working with customer operations, content operations, or growth operations.
-Knowledge of OKR management or project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
