Lead RFQ, tendering, supplier evaluation and contract negotiations. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement. Project Procurement Support procurement activities for EPC/EPCM and capital investment projects. Work closely with Engineering, Operations and Project teams during project execution. Manage supplier selection, commercial negotiations and delivery coordination. Ensure project procurement milestones are met on time and within budget. Stakeholder Management Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Finance and Supply Chain functions. Understand business requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Supplier Management Support supplier performance management and development initiatives. Conduct supplier evaluation and qualification activities. Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, cost and service. Continuous Improvement Continuously develop procurement knowledge and category expertise. Actively identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and ways of working. Stay informed about supplier markets, industry trends and emerging technologies. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or above in: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management Other relevant STEM disciplines Experience 3-8 years of procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience. Exposure to one or more of the following areas: CAPEX Procurement MRO Procurement Equipment Sourcing Project Procurement EPC/EPCM Environment Experience in manufacturing, chemical, energy, mining, engineering or industrial sectors is preferred. Fluent English communication skills.
