This individual will play a key role in driving procurement excellence, supply chain optimization, stakeholder management, and team leadership across regional or global operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, commercially minded, highly energetic, and passionate about market dynamics. He/She should be capable of identifying business opportunities, leading teams through change, influencing diverse stakeholders, and developing innovative solutions in a complex and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead regional/global procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth strategies. Develop and execute sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain strategies to improve cost, quality, service, and resilience. Build strong partnerships with suppliers and identify opportunities to create strategic value for the business. Lead, coach, and develop high-performing procurement and supply chain teams. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Finance, and other key business functions. Influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels and gain alignment on strategic initiatives and business priorities. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, industry trends, and supply chain innovations. Proactively manage risks, resolve complex business challenges, and implement sustainable solutions. Lead transformation, continuous improvement, and innovation projects to enhance overall operational effectiveness. Monitor global and regional market developments and translate insights into actionable business strategies. Requirements Must Have Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Procurement, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Strong procurement and/or supply chain management experience within the Specialty Chemicals industry. Proven regional or global responsibility across multiple countries or markets. Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving business performance. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across different functions and organizational levels. Experience working closely with multiple departments, including Commercial, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, and Quality. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability. Fluent English communication skills. Preferred Experience in multinational companies with complex global supply chains. Exposure to procurement transformation, category management, or supply chain optimization projects. Knowledge of international supplier networks and global sourcing strategies.
