Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and relationship management Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms on cost, quality, and delivery Monitor market trends and identify risks and opportunities in the supply base Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to support business needs Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and local regulations Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems Report procurement performance metrics (KPIs) to senior management Mentor and develop the procurement team to enhance capability and performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field 5–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of supplier ecosystems, market dynamics, and cost drivers Proven negotiation and contract management skills Experience with procurement systems (ERP, SRM, etc.) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively across functions and geographies Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
