The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, coaching team members, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans where needed. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure seamless customer support. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence for management review. Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing with key customers. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business decisions. Ensure CRM data accuracy and maintain effective sales pipeline management. Support recruitment, training, and development of sales team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong business development and account management experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred.
