Role Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of direct sales activities, from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, and closing, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound initiatives, networking, digital channels, and relationship‑driven approaches.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring steady progression through each stage of the sales cycle.
- Develop strong, trust‑based relationships with key decision‑makers to drive customer retention, upsell opportunities, and long‑term account growth.
- Stay informed about market dynamics, competitor offerings, and customer challenges to refine sales strategies and strengthen positioning.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across product, marketing, and technical functions to deliver compelling solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
职位要求
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering (software, or related fields), or a comparable discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally involving industrial solutions or software products.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals within manufacturing or technology‑driven environments.
- Strong capability in pipeline development and management, with hands‑on experience using CRM systems for forecasting and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strategic mindset paired with a results‑oriented working style, capable of operating independently in a fast‑moving market.
- Native Mandarin proficiency and solid English communication skills.
