Job Description
·Manage and nurture long‑term relationships with assigned clients
·Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
·Understand client goals and develop strategies to support their success
·Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow account revenue
·Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to deliver solutions
·Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and performance reports
·Monitor account performance and ensure service-level expectations are met
·Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
·Forecast account growth and contribute to sales planning
Job Requirements
·Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
·Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑centric approach
·Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
·Strong negotiation and presentation skills
·Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage stakeholder expectations
