About the Company  A multinational company is establishing a new legal entity in China and is seeking an experienced Accountant to support the setup and ongoing finance operations.   Key Responsibilities Handle daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with PRC accounting and tax regulations. Manage VAT filings and VAT rebate applications. Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and statutory submissions. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other stakeholders. Assist with the finance setup of the newly established China entity. Provide regular financial updates and reports to overseas management.  

职位要求

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Solid accounting experience, preferably in a multinational company. Expert knowledge of PRC tax regulations and extensive VAT rebate experience. Hands-on experience with general ledger, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Strong understanding of local accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate and report directly to foreign management. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a startup environment.
