AI Engineer

Responsibilities -Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models across domains such as NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems -Build end‑to‑end AI solutions based on business requirements and drive model deployment into production environments -Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and continuous improvement -Collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into real-world applications -Research and experiment with cutting‑edge AI technologies, including large language models, multimodal models, and reinforcement learning -Improve model performance in terms of accuracy, latency, scalability, and resource efficiency -Produce high‑quality technical documentation to ensure reproducibility and maintainability

Required -Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields -Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX -Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and training methodologies -Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques -Good engineering skills, including experience with Git, Linux, Docker, and modern development workflows -Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams Preferred -Experience with large language models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, agents, or fine‑tuning techniques (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA) -Experience with MLOps, model deployment, inference optimization (TensorRT, ONNX, vLLM, etc.) -Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or distributed training frameworks -Contributions to open‑source projects or publications in top AI conferences/journals -Experience in recommendation systems, search, or advertising algorithms
