Position Summary We are looking for an AI Transformation Lead who can bridge business and technology to accelerate enterprise‑wide AI adoption. This is not a hands‑on engineering role. Instead, you will guide business leaders in identifying high‑value AI opportunities, shaping transformation roadmaps, and driving large‑scale AI programs across the organization. Success requires strong transformation leadership, executive communication, and a deep passion for how AI can reshape the way people work. Key Responsibilities Lead AI Transformation 1.Develop and execute the organization’s AI transformation roadmap aligned with strategic priorities. 2.Identify high‑impact AI opportunities across commercial, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, and corporate functions. 3.Translate business challenges into actionable AI initiatives with measurable outcomes. 4.Lead cross‑functional AI programs from ideation to deployment and adoption. Partner with Business Leaders 1.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on AI strategy and transformation planning. 2.Facilitate AI ideation workshops and business process redesign sessions. 3.Support business teams in prioritizing AI investments based on value, feasibility, and readiness. Accelerate AI Adoption 1.Drive organizational change management to increase AI adoption and employee engagement. 2.Build AI awareness programs, leadership briefings, and internal success stories. 3.Promote an AI‑first mindset and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Stay Ahead of AI Innovation 1.Monitor emerging AI technologies, market trends, and best practices. 2.Evaluate new AI capabilities and recommend how they can create business value. 3.Collaborate with global digital teams and local business units to introduce innovative AI solutions.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 2.8+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, digital transformation, consulting, or large cross‑functional program leadership. 3.Proven track record leading complex transformation initiatives with senior stakeholders. 4.Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence executives. 5.Experience working in matrix organizations and managing diverse stakeholders. 6.Solid understanding of enterprise AI, Generative AI, AI agents, automation, and current AI trends. 7.Genuine passion for AI and its potential to transform business processes and employee productivity. Preferred Background in management consulting or business transformation consulting. Experience with AI use cases such as Generative AI, intelligent automation, knowledge management, analytics, or decision intelligence. Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
