APAC HR Generalist

Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers across APAC markets on HR-related matters. Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and talent strategies. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation. Support organizational changes, restructures, and change management initiatives. Handle employee inquiries and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within HRIS systems. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across APAC countries. Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce metrics.
