APAC RE Lead

Portfolio & Lease Management • Manage and maintain all office leases across locations in the country. • Conduct portfolio analysis to evaluate property performance, identify improvement opportunities, and mitigate risks. • Optimize space utilization and occupancy costs through lease negotiations, renewals, subleasing, and disposals. • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the lease tracking tool (ANAPLAN). • Negotiate favourable lease terms, rental rates, and incentives while minimizing contractual risks. • Oversee contract management, including execution and registration of new leases. Strategic Planning & Transactions • Lead real estate transactions, including site selection, acquisitions, and dispositions, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. • Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments for transactions to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Provide regular updates on lease status and share reports with leadership. Project & Fit-Out Management • Lead fit-out improvement projects, providing operational input during due diligence, design, execution, and close-out phases. • Drive and manage teams of designers and project managers for new office fit-outs. • Should be able to handle and manage large scale project including both design and Build. • Co-ordinate activities during build-out projects and ensure compliance with building regulations.
