Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support — Respond to customer inquiries on product use, experiment setup, and troubleshooting.
Application Expertise — Advise on immunology workflows, in vivo models, and antibody‑based studies.
Training & Workshops — Deliver technical training to customers and distributors.
Documentation — Create protocols, FAQs, and application notes.
职位要求
Qualifications:
PhD Degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in technical support or scientific research.
Strong knowledge of antibody applications and immunology.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently across time zones.
