Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain backend services with a focus on high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and service‑to‑service communication mechanisms.
Implement core business logic using Java or Golang, ensuring clean architecture and maintainable code.
Collaborate closely with product teams, frontend engineers, QA, and DevOps to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Participate in system design discussions, including database schema design, distributed system architecture, and performance tuning.
Write automated tests and contribute to continuous integration and deployment workflows.
Diagnose production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and improve system stability.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to engineering best practices.
