Business Development & Store Network Expansion • Support new store development projects from site identification through opening. • Conduct market, trade area, and site research to evaluate potential retail opportunities. • Coordinate with landlords, property agents, and shopping mall management teams to collect commercial information and site-related data. • In collaboration with Retail, Finance and Legal Teams to prepare lease term comparisons, business cases, and supporting documentation to facilitate decision-making and approvals. • Support lease negotiations and commercial discussions with landlords.
