Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, clients, and partnerships
Lead negotiations with potential customers and partners to secure long-term agreements
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Drive revenue growth through innovative business models and customer engagement initiatives
Track and report business development performance metrics (KPIs)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field; MBA preferred
5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and managing client relationships
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of market dynamics and business development methodologies
Ability to work effectively across functions and geographies
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
