Job Description
-Proactively hunt for new business through cold calls, networking, and persistent pursuit of conversations with key decision-makers -Identify, develop, and manage distributor partnerships to build a healthy and productive channel
ecosystem. -Create your own collateral and pitch materials when needed to win deals and enable partners. -Attend conferences and education events to build relationships and generate leads.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration -Partner with Product teams to advocate for features and enhancements that serve the international school segment. -Work with Marketing to develop segment-specific campaigns, content, and lead-generation initiatives. -Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and identify expansion opportunities.
Job Requirements
Required Experience -5+ years in B2B SaaS sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in K12 Education -Direct experience selling to or working with international or bilingual schools is essential. -Proven expertise in both direct sales and managing distributor/channel partners. -Deep understanding of International Curriculum frameworks (IGCSE, A-Level,IBDP,AP) and/or British curriculum structures -Deep understanding of the procurement processes, tender procedures, and decision-making units within international schools. -Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with school leadership teams
