Business Development:
- Identify and develop business opportunities with Chinese-invested manufacturers.
- Build long-term relationships with Chinese management teams and decision makers.
- Track new Chinese investments entering Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
Sales & Account Management:
- Manage key accounts directly.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and R&D teams to develop solutions.
- Support regional projects involving Chinese clients.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor Chinese market trends and investment flows.
- Identify emerging Chinese brands entering the region.
Client Relationship Development:
- Engage with General Managers, Procurement Managers, and R&D Directors.
- Represent the company at meetings and networking events.
职位要求
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Business.
Experience:
- 5–10 years experience in Flavor & Fragrance, food ingredients, or chemical industries.
- Sales or business development experience preferred.
- Experience working with Chinese companies is a strong advantage.
