Assist C&B managers and HR partners to effectively complete the evaluation and grade system of each position, and be responsible for the maintenance of the overall grade system to ensure its correctness and balance;
协助薪酬福利经理及人力资源合作伙伴,有效地完成各岗位评估及职级体系,负责整体职级体系地维护,以保证其正确性及平衡性;
Lead the external market salary and welfare research, timely grasp insight into the development trend of current market compensation and benefits, establish and maintain effective salary and benefits research channels and analysis methodologies, and ensure the use of scientific and effective tools and data for the company's internal fairness along with external market competitiveness analysis and evaluation;
主导外部市场薪酬福利调研,及时掌握及洞察市场薪酬福利的发展趋势,建立并维持有效的的薪酬福利调研渠道及分析方法论,确保用科学有效的工具及数据进行公司内部公平性及外部市场竞争力的分析评估;
Combined with internal needs and external trends, under the company's guiding principles using professional analytical tools, assist in the design and implementation of various systems and processes for promoting compensation and benefits, so that they meet the goal of internal fairness and external market competitiveness, and continuously track the effectiveness and optimization of the program in order to ensure the attraction and retention of talents;
结合内部需求及外部趋势,在公司指导原则下,用专业的分析工具,协助设计和落实推进薪酬福利各类制度及流程,使其满足内部公平同时具备外部市场竞争力的目标,并持续追踪方案的有效性并优化,确保吸引和保留人才;
Assist in the development of market compensation and benefits-related processes and tools, share internal and external expertise, development trends, best practices, etc., and enhance and build the salary and benefits expertise of HR teams to meet business needs;
协助制定市场薪酬福利相关流程和工具,分享内外部的专业知识、发展趋势、最佳实践等,提升并打造HR团队及人员经理的薪资福利专业能力以满足业务需求;
Incorporating traditional C&B elements, to continually evaluate and review the existing incentive, retention and benefit programs, and explore opportunities to optimize based on the business needs.
设计人力成本相关的分析方式及工具,开发工具分析市场人力成本现状及趋势并提供专业的解决方案,向业务及人力资源合作伙伴提供良好的人效分析工具及数据;
Assist HR Operations and C&B Manager to continuously evaluate existing employee incentives, retention and benefits plans in conjunction with various elements of compensation and benefits, and explore the possibility of continuous optimization according to business needs;
协助人力资源运营及薪酬福利经理,结合薪酬和福利各项要素,不断评估现有的员工激励、保留及福利计划,并根据业务需求探索优化持续优化的可能性;
Assist in the formulation and implementation of various salary and welfare annual plans, including but not limited to annual labor cost budgeting, labor cost monitoring and periodic review analysis, annual salary adjustment plan and implementation, design and implementation of various employee incentive plans, etc.;
协助配合各类薪酬福利年度方案的制订及落实,包括但不限于年度人力成本预算、人力成本的监控及阶段性回顾分析、年度调薪方案及执行、各类员工激励方案的设计及落实等;
Provide the necessary support to HRBP team, work closely with internal customer provide the professional HR.
向人力资源合作伙伴团队提供必要的支持,与内部客户紧密合作提供专业的人力资源服务;
Provide the HR recruitment team with the necessary analysis and data support related to C&B and candidate offer programs to jointly ensure the fairness of internal pay;
向人力资源招聘团队提供必要的薪酬福利及候选人Offer方案相关的分析及数据支持,共同确保内部付薪的公平性;
Effective communications with all department leaders and employees, be responsible for answering all kinds of inquiries related in an appropriate and accurate manner, and resolve enquires on time.
与各部门主管及员工保持有效沟通,负责用恰当及准确的方式解答员工的各类询问,并及时解决可能的问题;
Any other tasks per request & supervisor’s directions;
及时准确地执行主管安排的其他任务;
