Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and management for the company
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning
• Support business expansion, investment evaluation, and strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee internal controls, risk management, and financial governance
• Work closely with the CEO and executive team on operational and strategic decisions
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external partners
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA / CPA preferred)
• 15+ years of finance experience, with senior leadership exposure
• Strong background in automotive or manufacturing industry
• Currently based in the U.S. or with solid U.S. working experience
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures, supply chain finance, and operational finance
• Strong knowledge of U.S. financial regulations and compliance standards
• Proven leadership capability and strategic mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
