Develop and manage distributor and channel partner relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Drive channel enablement: product training, technical support coordination, marketing alignment, and sales activation.
Identify new channel opportunities in hospitals, CSSD, laboratories, pharma, medtech, and industrial sterilization.
Execute regional sales strategies, pricing, forecasting, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with Technical Support, Scientific Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to ensure partners deliver high‑quality customer experiences.
职位要求
Experience in medical devices, sterilization assurance, infection control, CSSD, or regulated manufacturing preferred.
Proven success in channel sales, distributor management, or B2B technical sales.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear commercial value.
