Key Responsibilities Act as the official representative of the company in the region, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations Lead and oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain services Develop and implement regional logistics strategies aligned with global business objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, industry associations, and key stakeholders Manage customer relationships and ensure service excellence across all logistics activities Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion in the region Monitor operational performance and financial results, reporting regularly to global headquarters Ensure risk management, safety, and sustainability practices are embedded in logistics operations Lead, mentor, and develop the local team to enhance capability and performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Strong understanding of regional logistics markets, regulations, and industry practices Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics operations and delivering business growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies Fluent in English; proficiency in local language(s) is a plus
