China OS and AI Software Technology

Responsibilities Collaborate with a wide range of ecosystem partners in China—including device manufacturers, design houses, software vendors, and chip suppliers—to uncover AI-related requirements, product directions, and opportunities for differentiation. Formulate deployment approaches, enablement roadmaps, technical reference designs, and validation materials that support customers in integrating AI capabilities into real-world products. Define how hardware-level functionality should surface through system software, platform layers, and end‑to‑end technology stacks. Support customers developing customized versions of Android, Windows, Linux, and other platforms to deliver unique AI-driven features and user experiences. Convert ecosystem and customer insights into clear priorities for internal product, architecture, and engineering teams. Present technical strategies in a way that resonates with engineering groups, business stakeholders, and senior leadership. Deliver concise, high‑impact recommendations that guide leadership decisions on technology direction and investment. Advocate for the needs of the China ecosystem during roadmap discussions and solution planning. Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure alignment between strategic goals and execution. Required Skills & Experience Extensive background in system‑level software, platform engineering, software architecture, or solution development for edge or client devices. Strong understanding of how silicon capabilities translate into software layers, runtimes, middleware, and end‑user functionality. Hands‑on experience with AI enablement, on‑device AI, or platform‑scale AI deployment. Demonstrated success collaborating directly with device makers, design partners, software vendors, or chip suppliers. Deep familiarity with the China device and technology ecosystem. Ability to design realistic deployment strategies and turn technical opportunities into tangible product outcomes. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts and present them effectively to executive audiences. Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin. Preferred Skills & Experience Knowledge of AI frameworks, runtimes, compilers, model optimization techniques, or acceleration technologies for edge devices. Experience working with Android, Windows, Linux, or embedded software environments. Background in software‑hardware co‑design or performance tuning at the silicon‑adjacent level. Experience contributing to roadmap development, ecosystem strategy, or long‑term technology planning.
