CLUB GENERAL MANAGER

P&L & Commercial Performance • Own club revenue, cost, profitability and budget execution; ensure commercial governance, pipeline management, pricing discipline and revenue protection. • Develop and implement monthly sales plans, operating budgets and corrective actions to deliver targets. • Maintain strict commercial governance including pipeline tracking, conversion management, pricing discipline, promotion approval, refund controls and revenue leakage prevention. • Drive cross-sell and yield management (PT/private sessions, Recovery/Re:set services, Pilates/yoga upsells/Group Fitness) with clear targets and coaching.
