Key Responsibilities
Lead internal investigations across Greater China and support APAC cross-border investigations.
Handle misconduct, fraud, bribery, corruption, conflict of interest and other compliance matters.
Conduct fact-finding, evidence review and stakeholder interviews.
Draft investigation reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
Partner closely with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Finance and business leaders on investigations and remediation.
Requirements
5-6+ years' experience in forensic investigations, fraud investigations, compliance investigations or forensic audit.
Background from Big 4 Forensics, consulting firms, law firms, or multinational corporations preferred.
Strong investigation interviewing, evidence analysis and report-writing skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
