What You'll Do
Act as the primary trade compliance advisor for China operations.
Ensure compliance with China export control regulations, U.S. EAR, EU Dual-Use controls, UK export regulations, and applicable sanctions requirements.
Review and approve customer transactions, end-users, shipments, and high-risk business activities.
Conduct end-use/end-user due diligence and assess potential military, research institute, university, and advanced technology risks.
Determine licensing requirements and support export license applications.
Assign and validate export control classifications (ECCN and dual-use classifications).
Deliver practical compliance training to management and business teams.
Monitor regulatory developments and provide commercially pragmatic compliance guidance.
Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

职位要求
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in Export Control and/or Trade Compliance within a multinational, industrial, life sciences, technology, or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of:
China Export Control regulations
U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
EU Dual-Use Regulations
International sanctions frameworks
Experience reviewing complex export transactions and managing high-risk compliance cases.
Familiarity with ECCN classification, licensing requirements, and restricted party screening.
Strong business judgment with a practical, risk-based approach.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge decisions when compliance risks arise.
Fluent Mandarin and English.
