Your Role
Key responsibilities in this position
Take ownership of customer product‑quality complaints and drive end‑to‑end resolution.
Coordinate and manage customer audits and on‑site quality assessments.
Handle customer inquiries related to product quality and maintain a strong quality‑interface relationship.
Support the establishment and negotiation of quality agreements (e.g., QAA) with customers.
Provide quality support for major customer design‑in activities, including PPAP submissions.
Collaborate with customers to drive joint quality‑improvement initiatives.
Develop strategies to enhance customer quality performance and overall service levels.
Deliver quality‑related training and technical communication to customers.
Lead programs aimed at improving customer satisfaction metrics.
Guide and support the customer quality team in managing critical or escalated complaints.
Mentor GC QM team members on package‑reliability topics and provide expert consultation.
Serve as the subject‑matter expert for package reliability within the GC QM organization.
Your Profile
Qualifications and competencies required for success
Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering discipline.
6–10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong focus on quality.
Minimum 2 years of direct experience in customer quality management.
Solid understanding of BE/FE manufacturing processes, quality‑control methodologies, 8D problem‑solving, and quality‑system requirements.
Hands‑on experience with quality audits and related compliance activities.
Knowledge of automotive or power‑device applications is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and handle complex customer situations.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong capability in problem‑solving and risk assessment.
