1. Omnichannel Strategy Translation & Digital Business Model Design
• Deeply understand China’s omnichannel landscape, including evolving B2B and B2C dynamics, regional differences, and future channel shifts.
• Identify high-potential segments and coverage models that can unlock new growth and improve coverage and coverage quality.
• Design advanced, data-driven Route-to-Market Models, defining how digital tools can enable business capture with precision and scalability.
2. Digital Solution Optimization & System Evolution
• Evaluate and continuously optimize existing digital solutions (e.g. Ego, Yundian, distributor and retailer systems).
• Redesign workflows, data flow, and system setup to drive both business growth and operational efficiency.
• Partner with IT and commercial teams to enhance integration, ensure traceability, and embed future-ready commercial capability.
3. Stakeholder Leadership & Governance Alignment
• Lead collaboration across multiple commercial sub-functions to ensure all digital initiatives are top-down aligned with strategic priorities.
• Act as the bridge between Business and IT, facilitating co-creation of high-impact solutions and shared accountability.
• Support digital and data governance, ensuring system integrity, compliance, and data consistency across platforms.
4. Program Management & Business Impact Delivery
• Drive key projects from concept to tangible output, with clear deliverables, metrics, and business linkage.
• Communicate complex digital topics with clarity and influence — engaging senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure every output contributes to measurable commercial results, enhancing both visibility and ROI of digital investments.
职位要求
• Strategic Vision: Deep understanding of channel strategy, omnichannel retail, and B2B/B2C commercial models within FMCG or consumer-centric sectors.
• Digital Expertise: Strong background in digital solution design, system integration, or transformation management.
• Business Acumen: Ability to link digital levers directly to business performance, efficiency, and commercial expansion.
• Execution Excellence: Proven capability to manage multi-stakeholder programs, deliver at pace, and sustain high governance standards.
• Influence & Communication: Sharp, structured communicator who can engage senior leadership and drive alignment.
• Experience: 8–10 years in digital strategy, transformation, or commercial operations; bilingual (Mandarin & English) preferred.
