职位描述

The Data Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality and standardization of bank's data under the group data governance framework. This role involves implementing data management control points and data quality issue resolving to support the bank's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities · Implement sustainable processes and controls to ensure consistent high standards of data quality and governance. · Build data quality monitoring capability and design the data quality baseline, using all kinds of data to efficiently identifying the root cause of the data issues, assessing the impact scope and shorten the issue resolving time. · Investigate and resolve data exceptions and data quality issues . Identify roadblocks in achieving high standards of data quality and design solutions to enable better outcomes. ·Provided consultation for local projects on the alignment on group defined reference architecture, framework and data controls in the solution design and provide recommendation on material decision making on major architectural activities. · Collaborate with local and head office teams to meet the data requirements of various business functions. · Stay abreast of technology trends and advise IT and the business about potential benefits and impacts.

职位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in statistics, information management, mathematics is preferred, good skill of Excel/SQL. 2. Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and data security. 3. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements concerning data governance and regulatory reporting, ex. EAST,1104, YBT, etc. 4. Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data analytics tools. 5. Strong data sensitrvity and logical thinking ability. 6. Good commumication and collaboration skills, team spirit and awareness, patient and careful.
