Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Brand Building
Develop and execute the brand’s digital marketing strategy aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
Lead annual and quarterly digital planning across social, search, content, CRM, and e‑commerce channels.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and consumer journeys.
2. Performance Marketing & Media Management
Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic) to drive awareness, traffic, and conversion.
Optimize media spend using data insights, A/B testing, and performance dashboards.
Work with media agencies to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns.
3. Content & Social Media Management
Oversee content strategy for social platforms, including always‑on content, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling.
Manage content calendars, creative briefs, and production workflows.
Monitor social trends and consumer insights to keep the brand culturally relevant.
4. E‑commerce & Retail Activation Support
Partner with e‑commerce teams to drive digital shelf excellence, product page optimization, and promotional campaigns.
Support omnichannel initiatives with retailers (e.g., Woolworths, Coles, JD, Tmall, Lazada depending on region).
Track digital’s impact on offline sales through brand lift, footfall, and retailer media.
5. Data, Analytics & Reporting
Build dashboards to track KPIs across awareness, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Conduct post‑campaign analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Manage consumer data strategy in collaboration with CRM and insights teams.
6. Influencer & KOL Management
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and creators.
Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Track performance and optimize partnerships.
7. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with brand managers, trade marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure integrated execution.
Collaborate with agencies (creative, media, PR, influencer) to deliver high‑quality work.
Support new product launches with digital activation plans.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, or retail.
Strong understanding of digital media channels, analytics tools, and consumer behavior.
Experience managing agencies, budgets, and multi‑market campaigns (if applicable).
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
