职位描述
Develop and execute key account strategies to drive business growth across major hospitals and medical institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, KOLs, pharmacy directors, and procurement teams.
Identify business opportunities within key accounts and formulate tailored action plans to maximize product penetration and market share.
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with sales, marketing, medical, market access, and commercial teams to ensure effective resource integration and project execution.
Lead academic promotion activities, including hospital meetings, regional forums, and KOL engagement programs.
Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular business reviews and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Support new product launches, access initiatives, and tender/NRDL-related activities within key accounts.
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields.
3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales manager or key account management experience;
Strong relationship‑building skills and proven ability to manage complex hospital networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
Strong business acumen with data‑driven decision‑making capability.
Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
