We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic Employee Relations (ER) Lead with a strong legal background to oversee employee relations across Prada’s China operations. This role will be instrumental in strengthening labor compliance, managing sensitive employee matters, and acting as a strategic partner to both HR and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject-matter expert on China labor laws, employment policies, and dispute resolution.
- Provide strategic guidance on complex ER issues including investigations, terminations, workplace conflicts, and organizational changes.
- Work closely with the HR Director and Legal team to assess ER risks and proactively mitigate them.
- Review and update internal ER policies and processes to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage external legal counsel when required in support of litigation, arbitration, or government investigations.
- Lead or support internal ER-related trainings to business and HR stakeholders.
- Monitor labor trends and regulatory updates, advising leadership on implications and required changes.
- Support cross-functional projects related to compliance, audit, and ethics.
职位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Human Resources. Master’s degree or legal qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Employee Relations or HR Compliance, preferably in multinational or retail/luxury companies.
- Strong knowledge of PRC labor law and relevant employment legislation.
- Hands-on experience conducting internal investigations and handling sensitive ER cases.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
