1. Role Name: Engineer – Project & Process Quality
2. Openings: 1
3. Industry Preference: Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier
4. Experience: 5-10 years
5. Key Expertise: EV Manufacturing Quality, APQP & Launch Quality, Process & Project Quality, Quality Gates & Risk Management, Supplier Quality
6. Key Responsibilities:
a. Owns quality readiness for new vehicle programs and manufacturing launches, applying APQP, quality gates and risk management to ensure defect-free launches
b. Leads EV launch and process quality for KD parts sourced from the OEM supplier in China, defining corrective actions and long-term prevention plans for recurring part/packaging issues
c. Coordinates on-ground with the OEM partner to resolve quality and packaging issues, driving corrective actions to closure
7. Language Requirement: Fluent in Chinese and English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
8. Reporting Line: Engineer - Supplier Quality role will report directly to the Lead - Supplier Quality (based in Wuhu) only.
