Engineering Manager

Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on hydraulic systems or similar technologies with at least 5 years in supervisory role. Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor a diverse team of engineers and designers.       Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in Engine/Transmission oil pump design & development Minimum 3 years experience with CAD software (e.g. Solid Edge, Creo, SolidWorks NX, or Catia) and familiar with automotive-standard design Good understanding of manufacturing & assembly process. Extensive knowledge and understanding of GD&T, product design. Good knowledge of APQP, MSA, PPAP, SPC and automotive IATF16949 Experienced with FMEA, Robust Engineering, and quality aspects. Strong understanding of CAE simulation (Ansys, Abaqus or similar)
