External Innovation & BD

• Drive Innovation Collaborations Identify, evaluate, and develop collaboration opportunities that generate value across Life Science, with a primary priority on laboratory automation and a secondary priority on any other relevant emerging technologies. • Lead Strategic External Innovation Projects Act as the project lead for key external collaborations, ensuring effective project management, timely milestone delivery, and alignment with Science & Technology (S&T) innovation priorities. • Build and Develop the External Innovation Ecosystem Establish and maintain strong relationships with startups, technology providers, research institutes, and industry partners within the life science and laboratory technology ecosystem. • Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, global S&T colleagues, and external partners to ensure alignment of innovation initiatives with business priorities and seamless project execution. • Ecosystem Intelligence and Technology Trend Monitoring Continuously monitor developments in laboratory technologies and other emerging technologies within the China innovation ecosystem to inform S&T innovation strategy.
