Looking to capture more China‑origin export opportunities and lift team efficiency. New joiner is expected to deliver business results quickly with limited on‑the‑job training. Key Responsibilities 1. Procurement & supplier management Build and manage relationships with Chinese nitrogen / phosphate fertilizer manufacturers. Negotiate pricing & contracts for export volumes. Monitor plant operation, cost and supply status. Visit factories and ports in‑person; hands‑on execution required. 2. Market intelligence & trading support Track China fertilizer upstream‑downstream chain, supply‑demand, price movement and export‑related policies. Identify export trading opportunities and support global overseas trading team. 3. Cross‑team & cargo coordination Align closely with overseas global traders. Provide real‑time China market and supplier updates. Coordinate full export cargo execution: production follow‑up, quality, logistics and port matters. Candidate Requirements ‑ Minimum 10+ years fertilizer‑industry relevant experience ‑ Established connections with domestic urea / phosphate producers, practical fertilizer procurement & export trading experience ‑ Business‑level English for regular communication with overseas colleagues ‑ Pragmatic, hands‑on mindset, willing to travel across China ‑ Self‑starter, capable of independent business delivery with minimal supervision
